We enjoyed our stay here, especially the spacious suite that was perfect for my family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our visit even better. Location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and attractions, which was a highlight for my grandson.

In my wife’s opinion, a better selection of children's activities would have been great.

Our suite exceeded our expectations with its spacious design and modern amenities. The location truly shined, as it was a quick walk to vibrant neighborhoods and the restaurant Dulce Pimiento offered delightful meals.

The communication from staff was sometimes lacking.

Request extra towels when you arrive to ensure you have enough during your stay, especially if housekeeping is quick to come in.

However, the worst experience was the hotel overselling rooms, forcing a relocation after arrival, which was stressful and inconvenient.
